| In a dominantly residential region, we had the
opportunity to design jobs like Traffic island and beautification;
design of small gardens, design and execution of a complex structure
containing Swimming pool, Gym, games like Skating, Badminton,
T.T. And Restaurant, Conference hall, hospital and lodging rooms.
The project is almost completed. Gopi cine Mall is another different
structure having shops and offices in first three floors. Theater
on 3rd floor in a seperate wing and residencial tower in another
wing. |

Muncipal Corporation had called an open competition for Architects
to design traffic island and beautification of area opposite
to kalyan railway station and we are proud to mention that our
design was selected at number one position. The same is executed
but with changes to suit KDMC's maintainance problems. |
| Three branches of Abhinav Nagari Sahakari bank
were designed & executed within one year. The designed pattern
and colour pattern was appreciated by the director board and
was made standardised pattern for all branches to come in existance
in near future. |
